Orders & Digital Delivery
What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing downloadable digital files for 3D printing. No physical miniature, printed model or physical product is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
All products in the catalogue are supplied in STL format.
How are my files delivered?
After your order has been processed, the download information is sent to the email address entered during checkout. Make sure the email address is correct before completing your purchase.
If the delivery email does not appear in your inbox, check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Email providers can occasionally filter automated delivery messages.
Do I need to create a customer account?
No. Orders are placed as guest orders and no customer account is created on the storefront.
We still retain the order history and the information supplied during checkout so that a past order can be located and verified if you contact support about delivery, downloads, a duplicate purchase or another order-related issue.
I have not received my download email. What should I do?
First check the email address used at checkout, then check spam and junk folders. Allow a short period for payment processing and email delivery.
If the message is still missing or the download link does not work, use the customer-support channel available through the store so the order can be verified and access restored where appropriate.
Is there a download limit?
Yes. For security reasons, each purchased product includes up to three downloads. The limit applies separately to every product in an order.
There is no automatic expiry date attached to those three downloads: the restriction is based on the number of downloads, not on the age of the order. Once the three downloads for a product have been used, the link may need to be reset before that product can be downloaded again.
What if I reach the download limit or lose my files?
If a connection problem, interrupted transfer, storage failure, hard-drive issue or similar technical problem prevents you from obtaining or keeping your files, contact customer support within 30 days from the paid order confirmation.
After the order has been verified, we can send a new download email and restore three new downloads for the affected product without an additional charge.
The 30-day period applies to complimentary resets and reissues. It does not make unused downloads expire. After those 30 days, customers are expected to have downloaded and securely backed up their files; if a new copy is required because the original files were not retained, a new purchase may be necessary, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Can I keep a backup of my files?
Yes. We strongly recommend keeping a secure personal backup of purchased files after download. Any backup remains subject to the same personal-use licence and must not be shared or made accessible to third parties.
Should I keep my order confirmation email?
Yes. We strongly recommend keeping your order confirmation, payment confirmation and download emails.
These records make it easier to identify and verify an order if you later need download links reissued, a duplicate purchase reviewed, or another order-related problem investigated.
What if I accidentally purchase the same product twice?
If the same product has genuinely been purchased twice by mistake, contact customer support. After the duplicate purchase has been verified, the duplicate item may be refunded or exchanged for another product of equivalent purchase value.
What if I selected the wrong product by mistake?
Please review your cart carefully before confirming payment. Digital download links are issued automatically after a successful order.
If you intentionally ordered one product but later realise that you meant to choose a different product, we do not normally offer a voluntary refund or exchange once the digital delivery has been issued. This is different from a verified duplicate purchase or a genuinely defective file. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
File Types & Quality Levels
What is a Premium file?
Premium is our highest file-quality designation. Premium releases are generally created by digitising individual original parts from a complete set and preparing them as separate, organised STL components.
The objective is to preserve the original part breakdown, proportions, detail and configuration options as closely as possible, so you can assemble and configure the model digitally in a way that closely reflects the individual components.
Premium archives are organised, numbered and checked before release. The exact contents of each product remain those shown or described on its product page.
What is a 3D Scan file?
3D Scan refers to a model created from digitised physical parts and then cleaned or adapted for 3D printing. Depending on the product, parts may be simplified, merged, repaired or already partially assembled.
This format can offer very accurate proportions and surface detail while requiring less component-by-component assembly than a Premium release.
What is a 3D Modeling file?
3D Modeling refers to a model recreated digitally using visual reference material rather than direct digitisation of every physical component.
These files are prepared to reproduce the overall appearance, proportions and details of the subject as accurately as practical for 3D printing.
Can a product's quality level change over time?
Yes. The catalogue is continuously improved. A product initially released as 3D Modeling or 3D Scan may later be replaced or upgraded with a Premium version when a higher-quality source becomes available.
Customers who previously purchased a product through the store may be notified by email when an updated version is made available, subject to the email and notification information associated with their order.
Are the files organised and checked?
Yes. Archives are prepared using a consistent workflow. Files are organised and, where applicable, numbered so that individual components can be identified more easily.
Files are checked and tested for printing, with particular attention to resin-printing quality. Because printers, slicers, materials and settings vary, individual print results can still depend on your own setup.
Are bases included?
Base information is specified on each product page. The description indicates the intended base size and, where relevant, whether an STL base is included in the download.
If a base is not listed as included, it should not be assumed to be part of the archive.
What if a set does not contain every part?
If a known component, option or part is not included in a particular release, this is indicated in the product information whenever applicable. Always review the product description before purchase to understand exactly what is included.
Printing & Software
Are the STL files pre-supported?
No. The STL files are supplied without pre-generated supports.
Modern slicers can generate supports automatically, allowing the support setup to be adapted to your printer, resin or filament, orientation, layer height and print profile.
Can I print the files in resin or filament?
STL is a standard 3D-printing format and can be used with both resin and filament workflows when the geometry and scale are suitable. Our testing places particular emphasis on resin printing because it is generally the preferred method for reproducing fine miniature detail.
For filament printing, very small details may require different scale, orientation, nozzle size or settings.
Which slicer should I use?
Use a slicer compatible with your printer and workflow. Common options include Lychee Slicer and CHITUBOX for many resin printers, and PrusaSlicer or OrcaSlicer for many filament workflows.
Software compatibility and printer profiles are maintained by their respective developers, so always use a current version that supports your machine.
How do I extract the downloaded archive?
Downloads may be provided as compressed archives. Most operating systems can open standard ZIP files directly. If you need a dedicated extraction tool, reputable options include 7-Zip on Windows and Keka or The Unarchiver on macOS.
Always fully extract the archive before importing STL files into your slicer. Working directly from inside a compressed archive can cause missing-file or access issues.
Where can I find assembly instructions?
Premium files may contain many separate components. When additional visual assembly guidance is useful, you may be able to find relevant instructions on buildinstructions.com.
This is an external resource and is not controlled by the store, so availability and accuracy of individual instruction sets cannot be guaranteed.
Can you help if I have a printing problem?
Yes. Customer support can help determine whether an issue appears to come from the file itself, archive extraction, slicer import or the printing workflow.
For print-related troubleshooting, it is useful to provide the printer model, slicer used, material type and a screenshot showing the issue in the slicer.
Catalogue & Updates
What does “Upcoming” mean?
Products displayed in grey with an Upcoming status are planned catalogue additions that are still being prepared. They may be undergoing digitisation, modelling, cleanup, organisation or production work.
Upcoming items are not finished releases. They cannot be purchased or preordered. Their presence simply indicates that the product has been identified for possible future addition to the catalogue.
Can I buy or preorder an Upcoming product?
No. Upcoming products are displayed for information only. They are not available for purchase, reservation or preorder, and no release date is guaranteed.
When will an Upcoming product be released?
There is no guaranteed release date for Upcoming products. Development time varies depending on source material, complexity, cleanup requirements, testing and catalogue priorities.
An Upcoming listing should therefore be treated as a preview of planned work rather than a release-date commitment.
How often is the catalogue updated?
The catalogue is updated regularly with new products, improved files, corrections and higher-quality replacements. The long-term objective is to expand coverage while progressively upgrading products toward the highest practical quality level.
Do previous customers receive file updates?
Files may be corrected, improved or upgraded over time, including replacement by a higher-quality version.
Access to a later update is not a permanent entitlement unless required by applicable law. In particular, once more than 30 days have passed since the paid order confirmation, providing a later updated version free of charge is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
Pricing & Promotions
Do you offer bundle or pack discounts?
No separate bundle or pack pricing is offered by default. Products are priced individually.
When a store-wide promotion is active, the promotional pricing is applied directly to eligible products. You do not need to purchase a special pack or enter a separate promotional code unless the store explicitly states otherwise.
Trust, Security & Support
Why download from this store instead of an unknown source?
Digital files obtained from anonymous or uncontrolled sources can be incomplete, badly organised, corrupted, incorrectly labelled or bundled with unwanted software. A controlled storefront provides a clearer purchase record, structured files and a support path if something goes wrong.
Our product archives are prepared and distributed through a controlled workflow. STL products do not require software installers or executable applications to use them: after extraction, the STL files can be imported directly into compatible slicing software.
Why is access restricted when I use a VPN?
For security and fraud-prevention reasons, access may be restricted when your connection uses a VPN, proxy, Tor connection or another service that hides, masks or materially alters your public IP address.
If you cannot access the store or a download, disable the VPN or other IP-masking service and try again using your normal internet connection. If the problem continues, contact customer support.
How can I contact customer support?
You can contact us simply by replying directly to an email you have received from the store. This includes order or download emails, marketing communications and other store messages.
If you have a question, a download problem, a file issue or need help with a previous order, replying to one of those emails is the recommended way to get in touch. Keeping the original message in the conversation can also help us identify the relevant order or communication more quickly.
Support is available for order delivery, missing or inaccessible downloads, archive issues, file questions and reasonable 3D-printing troubleshooting.
What happens if a file is genuinely defective?
If a genuine defect is confirmed and the file does not meet the obligations associated with the purchase, the usual first step is to correct or update the file and provide the corrected version.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may instead be a refund or replacement with another file of equivalent purchase value. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Can I modify the STL files or print them for friends and family?
Yes. For personal, non-commercial use, you may modify the STL files, resize them, split or combine parts, add supports, kitbash components or make other adjustments for your own printing workflow.
You may also give occasional physical prints to friends or family free of charge. The digital STL files themselves must not be shared, and the activity must not become commercial, paid, repeated production for others or a resale service.
Can I share, resell or commercially use the files?
No, unless a product expressly includes a different licence. The digital files must not be redistributed, shared, resold or commercially exploited. Physical prints must not be sold or produced as a paid service.
Personal modifications and occasional free physical prints for friends or family are allowed, provided the use remains strictly personal and non-commercial. For the complete licence conditions, please review the Terms of Sale.
